Joanne is a lifelong real estate enthusiast. Much to her contractor father’s delight, she obtained her real estate license in 1992 and her appraisal license in 1993. She worked as an appraiser for several years before devoting herself to real estate sales. In 2015 she became a Listing Specialist at Redfin. During her seven year tenure, she won several distinguished awards and was the top producer in 2018. Joanne joined the J & L Real Estate Group at eXp Realty in September 2023 and works exclusively with sellers which is her heart’s desire. She lives in Fremont with two of her three children, loves gardening, antique shopping and spending time with her family in Santa Cruz.
