Slight Improvements, Huge Return

Brent Court had been on the market for over a year before we were contacted by the owners. It was initially listed for $899,000 which was the sellers desired price point. Over that year the previous listing agent dropped the price several times to as low as $829,000 at which point the owners contacted us to see what we would recommend.

After completing the items mentioned below we were able to successfully market and get the home into contract in 8 days at $16,000 over the original asking price!
